Using our proprietary tools, we work to ensure that our client's website and Google Places/Maps are ranked on page 1 or 2  for numerous relevant search phrases to give them a Competitive Advantage over their local competition and many of the third-party marketing websites (e.g., Cars.com).

Who We Are

Illuminate Advantage has been serving the Used Car Dealer Industry since 2010. Our founder and Principal, Roy Krag, created the system we use to help our clients grow their business and to digitally "dominate" their competition. Prior to founding Illuminate Advantage, he served as a consultant for 10 years specializing in marketing and trouble-shooting following a successful career as a C-suite executive of a Fortune 500 company.

How  We Work

Step one: Illuminate Advantage will submit a Confidentiality Declaration to protect our prospective Dealer's  business information that is not in the public domain; and  to solicit relevant information from members of the Dealer's team to help us in preparing a Proposal. There is no cost to, and no obligation for the prospective Dealer for Illuminate Advantage to perform its research and submit a Proposal.


Step two: We will submit a written Proposal to the Dealer that offers two services and a payment structure. 

 

Service-One. We will offer written Recommendations identifying ways that the Dealer can improve its profitability and sales. The Dealer will generally be able to execute these recommendations without our assistance. The Recommendations will also includes an oral review to answer questions. The cost for this Service will be a one-time fee. To be clear, these Recommendations are not related to the Competitive Advantage program, included in Service-Two.


Service-Two. We will propose installing our proprietary programming, the Competitive Advantage, for Dealer's top inventory Makes (Brands) and the most active, relevant search keywords. This Service is priced on a monthly performance-based fee schedule (click here to read details). Typically we recommend programming the top 5-10 Makes (Brands) that aggregate at least 60 percent of the Dealer's Inventory.


Step-ThreeDealer makes the determination of what, if any, Service it wishes to purchase.


Step-Four: An Agreement for the Service(s) Dealer elects will be signed by the parties in accordance with the terms set forth in the Proposal, and Illuminate Success will then commence with executing the terms.
