  • Served as Senior Vice President of Pulte Group overseeing half of its U.S. homebuilding activity
  • Served as President, Chief Operating Officer, and member of the Board of Directors of Pulte Group
  • Served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Miles Homes, a public held manufactured company of materials house packages sold nationally to Do-it-Yourself customers, and its principal subsidiary, Patwil Homes, a Regional Homebuilding Company, operating in the Mid-Atlantic States.


As Private Real Estate Developer:


  • Acquired developed  lots from bank in county club community and marketed  lots to custom builders - Boca Raton, FL
  • Developed and marketed a 500 acre mixed-use planned community in Boca Raton, FL featuring multiple products and builders
  • Started an affordable home company for scattered urban lots in Jackson MS using modular constructed houses from our own factory. Sold business to out-of-state regional Builder.
  • Co-ventured home building and development companies in the Washington D.C. and the Phoenix, Arizona areas.
  • Secured approval for the first Mixed Use Community in Gdansk, Poland – sold rights to a US Company
  • On a fee basis, conceptualized, developed and marketed (from start to stabilization) a 35o acre Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) in Gulfport, Mississippi
