- Division President with the publicly owned homebuilder, Pulte Group (formerly Pulte Home Corp.), with direct P&L authority for building companies in Atlanta, Washington D.C., and southeast Florida (Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties). Built and sold over 3,500 homes combined.
- Senior Vice President of Pulte Group, responsible for half of the company's U.S. homebuilding activity. Responsible for over 8,000 home sales.
- President, C.O.O., and Board Member of Pulte Group, responsible for the Company's growth strategy, and all U.S. homebuilding operations (averaging 12,000 home sales per year). While a senior executive (SVP or President), the company grew from being the seventh-largest to the second-largest homebuilder in the US.
- President and C.E.O. of Miles Homes, a publicly-owned company specializing in the nationwide marketing to DIY customers of pre-packaged building materials featuring a wide range of home designs.
Private Real Estate Developer
- Acquired 200 developed lots in the St. Andrews luxury golf club community in Boca Raton, FL, through a bank workout transaction and successfully marketed the lots to custom home builders for multi-million dollar homes.
- Led the initial development and marketing of a 500-acre mixed-use planned community (Boca Winds) in Boca Raton, FL, featuring diverse product offerings and multiple builders.
- Established co-ventures with two homebuilding and development companies in Washington, D.C., and Phoenix, AZ.
- Pioneered the first mixed-use community approved in the Republic of Poland (Europe). Sold the development rights to a U.S. company.
- Launched and managed an inner-city homebuilding initiative in Jackson, MS, focused on providing lower-income first-time buyers with affordable newly-constructed homes on urban scattered lots, utilizing modular construction in our own local plant. Sold business to Texas-based homebuilder.
- Co-ventured several communities with Neill Development Company (2001-2004), Hattiesburg. MS, Responsible for community concept, site planning, house designs, and marketing for:
- The last 2 phases of Madison Place (west 4th Street, Hattiesburg, MS), a mixed-use development with central lawn maintenance, were designed for retired, empty-nester, and single professionals. Product detached, duplex, townhouses, four plex, and condominium designs;
- Huntington Place (single-family starter home for young families and empty nesters); located off Oak Grove Rd., Hattisburg, MS, and:
- The initial phases of Chapel Hill (Carrington Ct., Montrose Ct., Whitestone Ct., and Harfort Ct.). located off Steelman Rd., Hattiesburg, MS.
- Hired as the interim President of the 400-acre Florence Gardens Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND). Gupfport, MS. Conceived the overall concept and managed the site plan development, house designs, and marketing from conception to stabilization (2004-2005), ensuring the development's long-term success.

As Mentor, we coached and challenged the owner. and provided hands-on assistance as needed (e.g., business plans, digital marketing tools, product concepts, management tools, market research, etc.). These arrangements have typically been market-exclusive (only working with one such business in a marketplace). These relationships have occasionally evolved into co-ventures.
