§ Served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Miles Homes, a public held manufactured company of materials house packages sold nationally to Do-it-Yourself customers, and its principal subsidiary, Patwil Homes, a Regional Homebuilding Company, operating in the Mid-Atlantic States.

As Private Real Estate Developer:

§ Developed and marketed 155 custom estate lots in a Country Club community in Boca Raton, Florida to individuals and established an exclusive builder program

§ Developed and marketed a 500 acre mixed-use planned community in Boca Raton, Florida featuring multiple products and builders
