With regard to any communications or documents (collectively “Information”) provided by Charles Dawe or anyone representing The CD Group/KW Elite Realty Hattiesburg Office (“DAWE”) to Roy Krag, his agents and his company, IlluminatePotential (collectively, “KRAG”) from this date forward, KRAG declares to maintain said Information, not generally available to the public (“Restricted Information”), in the strictest confidence and further declares not to share the Restricted Information with anyone without the express written consent of DAWE.

This Declaration remains in effect for perpetuity.
