Occasionally, we discover homebuilders or property developers who display a desire to grow their business but lack the experience. These assignments are typically longer-term arrangements we call Mentoring. 

In certain cases, a property’s value is influenced by adjacent properties, requiring collaboration with neighboring owners to achieve collective improvements—a principle we liken to “a rising tide lifts all boats.”
